that was wrong...

sorry, i have to revise my post:

- the disclaimer gets added to the mail, but only shows at the "Sent" folder. The recipient doesn't get the disclaimer [it seems that it's not part of the actual mail that has been sent]

- also the document.createElement('div') doesn't solve the problem. i managed to change it in the forms85.nsf script but the error still occurs when the disclaimer is passed to the CDe.innerHTML variable

so, "back to start"... I'm currently trying to set up a work arround since our IE user are quite upset about the issue.
